This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work emvironment on employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulselbar.
This research employs a quantitative data type and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online to employees of the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulselbar, with a
sample size of 72 respondents.
The research results show that job satisfaction and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the job performance of employees at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulselbar. Meanwhile, partiallt, (1) the
employee job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect. (2) the work environment variable does not have a positive and significant effect. There fore, job satisfaction is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance.
