Abstract
DEBORA OKTAVIANI SINAGA, 2025. Analysis of the Influence of Customer Experience and Customer Value on Customer Intention to Revisit (Case Study: Niels Coffee & Bakmie), supervised by Fitriani Latief and Januar Kulsaputro.
This study aims to analyze (1 the influence of the Customer Experience variable on Customer Intention to Revisit Niels Coffee & Bakmie, (2) the influence of the Customer Value variable on Customer Intention to Revisit Niels Coffee & Bakmie, and (3) the simultaneous influence of the Customer Experience and Customer Value variables on Customer Intention to Revisit Niels Coffee & Bakmie.
The study employed a quantitative approeach with a sample size of 100 respondents who are local consumers visiting Niels Coffee & Bakmie. The study utilized multiple linear regression analysis, with data collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale.
The research findings indicate that (1) Individually, both Customer experience and customer value have a positive dan significant influence on customer intention to revisit. (2) Collectively, customer experience and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer intention to revisit.
