This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of Organizational Culture , motivation and workload partialy on the performance of civil servants in the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (2) the influence of Organizational Culture, Motivation and Workload simultaneously on the Performance of Civil Servants in Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency (3) the influence of Organizational Culture as the most dominant variable influencing the performance of Civil Servants in Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on civil servants in the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. total sample
of 30 civil servants. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture, motivation and Workload on the performance of Civil Servants in Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture, motivation and Workload
simultaneously on the performance of Civil Servants in Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency (3) Motivation variable is the variable that most dominantly
influences the performance of civil servants in the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
