Abstract
Yusuf. 2024. The Influence of Training, Motivation, and Job Commitment on Employee Productivity at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Makassar, supervised by Muhammad
Hidayat and Andi Widiwati.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the partial influence of the Training, Motivation, and Job Commitment variables on Employee Productivity, (2) the simultaneous influence of the Training, Motivation, and Job Commitment variables on Employee Productivity, (3) the most dominant variable that affects Employee Productivity at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Makassar.
This research was conducted at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Makassar. The research population consisted of all employees, totaling 105 employees. Using a saturated sampling technique, the sample used was the entire population, which is 105 employees. The type of data used is quantitative.
The results of the analysis show that (1) Training, Motivation, and Job Commitment have a positive and significant partial influence on Employee Productivity.
(2) Training, Motivation, and Job Commitment have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on Employee Productivity. (3) Training is the dominant variable
that affects employee productivity at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Makassar.
