Abstract
Wahyudi Hamzah. 2024. The Influence of Leadership, Competence, and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Saripuddin D and Asniwati.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of leadership, competence, and motivation on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of leadership,
competence, and motivation on employee performance. (3) Identify the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.
The research was conducted with employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Jeneponto Regency. The sample size was determined using saturation sampling, with 32 employees at the Population Control and Family Planning
Office of Jeneponto Regency included. Data collection methods included questionnaires and document studies. The analysis methods used were descriptive statistical
analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially,leadership, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2)Simultaneously, leadership, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3) The competence variable is the dominant factor affecting employee performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Jeneponto Regency.
