This study aims to analyze the influence of local budget allocation, employee competence, and service facilities on the performance of officers handling cases of violence against women and children at the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection.
This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS software. Data is collected through questionnaires from 30 respondents who are officers handling cases of violence against women and children.
The results of the study indicate that (1) Partially, local budget allocation and service facilities do not have a significant influence on the performance of officers.
Conversely, employee competence has been proven to have a dominant and significant influence on the performance of officers. (2) Simultaneously, local budget allocation,
employee competence, and service facilities have a positive influence on the performance of officers handling cases of violence against women and children.
