The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational climate, and personnel management information systems on the quality of service for employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of Maros Regency. This research approach uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The population is the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of Mars Regency as many as 48 people.
Data analysis using Multiple Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results of the study show that 1) There is an influence of leadership style on the quality of employee service. 2) There is an influence of organizational climate on the
quality of employee service. 3) There is an influence of the personnel management information system on the quality of employee service. 4) There is an influence of leadership style, organizational climate, and personnel management information system together on the quality of employee service, and 5) The most dominant organizational climate variable influences the quality of employee service at the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of Maros Regency.
