Abstract

Umar. 2023. The Influence of Training Programs, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Human Resources Development Agency for West
Sulawesi Province, supervised by Harlindah Arfan and Muhammad Idris.
This study aims to determine 1) The influence of training programs, work motivation, and leadership style partially on employee performance. 2) The influence of training programs, work motivation, and leadership style simultaneously on employee performance. 3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Human Resource Development Board of West Sulawesi Province.
The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Determination of
the sample using a saturated sample that is as many as 43 employees.
The results show that (1) Partially the variables of training, work motivation, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2)
Simultaneously training, work motivation, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work motivation variable has a
dominant effect on employee performance at the Human Resource Development Board of West Sulawesi Province.
