Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training, motivation, and career development on improving the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Personnel
Agency and Human Resources Development in Parepare City. Training, motivation, and career development are considered key factors in enhancing the effective and efficient
performance of Civil Servants.
The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to Civil Servants at the Regional Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development in Parepare City. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, training and career development variables have a positive and significant influence, but motivation does not affect the improvement of Civil Servants' performance. (2) Simultaneously, training, motivation, and career development variables have a positive and significant influence
on improving the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development in Parepare City.
