This study aims to determine (1) The influence of integrity, transparency, and accountability on the management of unexpected expenditures at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province. (2) The influence of integrity, transparency, and accountability simultaneously on the management of unexpected expenditures at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
(3) Variables that have a dominant influence on the management of unexpected expenditures at the West Sulawesi Province Regional Disaster Management Agency.
This research approach uses survey research. The research population was all employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province. Sampling was carried out using a census sample technique (saturated sample) with a total sample of 54 respondents.
The results show that (1) Partially the variables of integrity, transparency, and accountability have a significant positive effect on the management of unexpected
expenditures at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province.(2) Simultaneously the variables of integrity, transparency, and accountability have a significant positive effect on the management of unexpected expenditure at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Sulawesi Province. (3) The integrity variable has the most dominant influence on the management of unexpected expenditures at the West Sulawesi Province Regional Disaster Management Agency.
