PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PENGAWASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BIRO UMUM PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of Service Quality, Work Discipline, and Supervision variables on Employee Performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of Service Quality, Work Discipline, and Supervision variables on Employee Performance. (3) The most influential variable on Employee Performance at the General Bureau of West Sulawesi Province.
This research was conducted at the General Bureau of West Sulawesi Province. The population in this study consisted of 45 employees of the General Bureau of West Sulawesi Province. The data collection technique was done through questionnaires, where each respondent's answer was assessed using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression.
The results of this study show that (1) Partially, Service Quality and Work Discipline have a significant influence, while the Supervision variable does not have a significant influence on Employee Performance. (2) Simultaneously, Service Quality, Work Discipline, and Supervision have a significant influence on Employee Performance.
(3) Service Quality is the most dominant variable that influences Employee Performance at the General Bureau of West Sulawesi Province.
