Abstract

Muthohara Zhariya. 2024. The Influence of Job Analysis and Career Development on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at Niaga Madani Sharia People’s Financing Bank in Makassar City, supervised by Badaruddin and Sri Prilmayanti Awaluddin.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of job analysis and career development on employee job satisfaction. (2) The partial influence of job analysis and career development on employee performance. (3) The influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. (4) The influence of job analysis on employee performance through job satisfaction. (5) The influence of career
development on employee performance through job satisfaction at Niaga Madani Sharia People's Financing Bank in Makassar City.
This research uses a quantitative method. The population and sample size in the study are 56 individuals. The sampling technique used in this study is saturation sampling. Data analysis in this research is conducted using Smart PLS
4.0 software with the assistance of SPSS 16.0 for descriptive statistical analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Job analysis influences employee job satisfaction. (2) Career development influences employee job satisfaction. (3) Job analysis influences employee performance. (4) Career development influences employee performance. (5) Job satisfaction influences employee performance. (6) Job analysis influences employee performance through job satisfaction. (7) Career
development influences employee performance through job satisfaction at Niaga Madani Sharia People's Financing Bank in Makassar City.
