Abstract
Takdir. 2024. Analysis of the Quality of Public Services within the Scope of the Education and Culture Office of Maros Regency (guided by Irwan and Reynilda).
This study aims to determine the quality of public services, supporting factors and inhibiting factors within the scope of the Maros Regency Education and Culture Office.
The research used in this study is a qualitative research method. The resource persons in this study are schools or teachers and employees of the Education and Culture
Office of Maros Regency which totals 4 people. Data collection is carried out by interviewing resource persons with interview instruments that have been prepared. data
that has been collected, and analyzed descriptively
The results of this study show that the quality of public services within the scope of the Maros Regency Education and Culture Office is known that the Maros Regency Education and Culture Office prioritizes a friendly and professional attitude in providing services. The Education and Culture Office of Maros Regency has adequate facilities and
infrastructure to provide services to the community, especially school principals and teachers. Human resources are one of the main supporting factors owned by the Maros
Regency Education and Culture Office.
