This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of education personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng.
The research approach used in this study is a survey that samples from a single population, utilizing questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The population of
the study consists of education personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng, totaling 50 individuals.
The research results indicate that (1) Partially, leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on the performance of education personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng. (2) Simultaneously,
leadership style, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on the performance of education personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng. (3) Work
discipline is the most dominant variable influencing the performance of education personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng.
