Abstract

Syamsir Anwar. 2024. The Influence of Leadership, Transparency, and Financial Management on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Makassar City Regional
People's Representative Council (DPRD), supervised by Zainal Abidin and Abdullah.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of work discipline, compensation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of work discipline, compensation, and organizational commitment
on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Makassar City DPRD.
This research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method, which was previously tested for validity and reliability using SPSS (Statistic Product and Service
Solution) software. The research was conducted at the Dirajaya Sinar Rezki consumer cooperative in Takalar Regency with a sample size of 47 people.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Work discipline has a positive and non- significant influence on employee performance. (2) Compensation has a negative and non- significant influence on employee performance. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (4) Work discipline,
compensation, and organizational commitment have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Makassar City DPRD.
