This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of mooring, ship guiding, and ship towing services partially and simultaneously on ship service revenue at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar 2018-2022.
This research uses quantitative methods and an associative approach with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study is all production report data and ship service revenue at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar for 2018 - 2022. The sample in this study is all production and ship service income report data at PT.Indonesia Port ( Persero) Regional 4 Makassar 2018 – 2022. The results of this research show that (1) Partially, ship mooring, pilotage, and towing services has a positive and significant influence on Ship Service Revenue. (2) Simultaneously there is an influence of Mooring Services, Ship Guiding Services, and Ship Towing Services on Ship Service Revenue at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia
