Abstract

Suryani Alimuddin. 2024. Implementation of Talent Management of Career Center in Higher Education at Politeknik LP3I Makassar, supervised by Ridwan and Giri Dwi Nanda.
This study aims to explain the implementation of Talent Management, namely: Identification, development, and maintenance of student potential.
This research was conducted at the Career Center in Higher Education at Politeknik LP3I Makassar. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach.
The results of the study are: The application of Talent Management is not centralized only to the career center, but is also assisted by several people appointed as management teams. The main points about the research results are (1) The HRM planning system is done by identifying, developing, and maintaining student potential by analyzing all college activities that must be carried out by all college components, (2) Training and development of students are carried out according to campus SOPs, the training conducted is expected to be able to change students for the better or not on student behavior and performance towards the goals of higher education, thus creating alumni who are ready in the world of work.
