Abstract
Sukmawati. R. 2023. The Influence of Human Resource Competence, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of State Civil Servants at the Library and
Archives Service of Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Asri and Sylvia.
This study aims to determine (1) The partial effect of HR competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on ASN performance at the Library and Archives Service in Jeneponto district. (2) The simultaneous effect of HR competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on ASN performance at the Library and Archives Service in Jeneponto district. (3) The dominant variable influences ASN performance at the Jeneponto Regency Library and Archives Service.
The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Completion of the sample using the saturated sample technique, namely as many as 49 people of the State Civil Apparatus. The data collection method used is a questionnaire.
The results show that (1) The partially HR competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil
Apparatus. (2) The simultaneously HR competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (3) The HR competency variable has a dominant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Jeneponto Regency Library and Archives Service
