Abstract
Sudomo M. Beta. 2023. The Influence of Work Discipline, Motivation, and Additional Employee Income on Employee Performance at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency, supervised by Saripuddin and Reynilda.
This research aims to determine (1) The partial influence of work discipline, work motivation, and additional employee income on employee performance. (2) The influence of work discipline, work motivation, and additional employee income simultaneously on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable influences employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency.
The research was conducted using quantitative methods and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This research used a population and sample of 36 civil servants. The data collection technique used was through questionnaires, observation, and literature study.
The results show that (1) Partially the work discipline variable has no significant influence on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant
influence on employee performance, and the additional variable employee income has no significant influence on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of work discipline, work motivation and additional employee income simultaneously influence employee performance. (3) Work motivation is the most dominant variable influencing
employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency.
