Abstract
Sudianti. 2024. The Influence of Self-Efficacy, Work Discipline, and Competence on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Office of the Regional Personnel Agency and
Human Resources Development in Parepare City, supervised by Badaruddin and Andi Djalante.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline, and employee competence on the performance of civil servants at the Office of the Regional Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development in Parepare City. The research approach is quantitative, sampling from the entire existing population and using questionnaires as the data collection tool. The population and sample consist of all civil servants at the Office of the Regional Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development in Parepare City, totaling 38 individuals.
The results of the study show that (1) Self-efficacy, work discipline, and employee competence partially influence the performance of civil servants. (2) There is a positive
and significant influence of self-efficacy, work discipline, and employee competence simultaneously on the performance of civil servants. (3) The dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Office of the Regional Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development in Parepare City is employee competence.
