Abstract

Sudarmono. 2022. The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Motivation on Employee Performance in Kelara Subdistrict, Jeneponto
Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Haeranah Alwany.
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation both partially and simultaneously on employee performance in Kelara Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency.
The population used in this study is the total number of employees in Kelara Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency, which amounts to 35 employees. The sample is part of the
number and characteristics possessed by the population. The sample selection in this study was done using the Saturated Sample method, which is the entire population is made a
sample, amounting to 35 employees. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to
the Likert scale.
The results of this study show that (1) Simultaneously, the variables of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation have a positive
and significant effect on employee performance in Kelara Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency.(2) Partially, the variables of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Kelara Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency. (3) The variable of transformational leadership style is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance in Kelara Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency.
