Abstract
Sri Rahayu. 2023. The Influence of Leadership, Competence, and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Revenue Agency of Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Saripuddin. D and Asri.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of leadership, competence, and commitment on the performance of employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of Jeneponto Regency. (2) The simultaneous influence of leadership, competence, and commitment on the performance of employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of Jeneponto Regency. (3) The most influential variable on the performance of employees at
the Regional Revenue Agency of Jeneponto Regency.
This research uses a quantitative method. The sample selection involved 50 employees. The data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires. The analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and representative statistics.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the variables of leadership, competence, and organizational commitment influence the performance of Civil Servants.
(2) Simultaneously, the variables of leadership, competence, and organizational commitment influence the performance of Civil Servants. (3) The leadership variable has a dominant influence on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Revenue Agency of Jeneponto Regency.
