This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and job satisfaction partially on the Performance of Mamasa Forestry
Vocational School Teachers (2) the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and job satisfaction simultaneously on the Performance of Mamasa
Forestry Vocational School Teachers (3) the influence Job Satisfaction as the most dominant variable influencing the performance of Mamasa Forestry SMKS Teachers.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The sample selection in this research was carried out using a saturated sampling method, namely by determining the
entire population as a total sample of 30 teachers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the research show that: 1) partially there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture and job satisfaction on the Performance of Mamasa Forestry Vocational School Teachers while the Work Environment has no effect on the Performance of Mamasa Forestry Vocational School Teachers (2) there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously on the Performance of Mamasa Forestry Vocational School Teachers (3) The Job Satisfaction variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the Performance of Mamasa Forestry Vocational School Teachers.
