This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of additional income, quality of work life, and motivation on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of
additional income, quality of work life, and motivation on employee performance.
This research uses a quantitative method. The research was conducted at the office of the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province. The study distributed questionnaires to 70 respondents.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the variables of additional income, quality of work life, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on
the performance of employees at the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of additional income, quality of work life, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
