This research uses a quantitative method. The research was conducted at the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Majene Regency. The study distributed questionnaires to 57 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method with hypothesis testing.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the variable of integrity has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The commitment variable
does not influence employee performance, while the work ethic variable has a positive and significant influence on the employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency
of Majene Regency.(2) Simultaneously, the variables of integrity, commitment, and work ethic, have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Majene Regency.
