Abstract
Sitti Hadijahwati. 2024. The Influence of Human Resource Competence and Workload on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment at the Parepare Branch of
the Health Insurance Administration Agency (BPJS Kesehatan), supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource competence and workload on organizational commitment, the influence of human resource competence and workload on employee performance, the influence of commitment on employee performance, and the influence of human resource competence and workload on employee performance through organizational commitment at the Parepare Branch of BPJS Kesehatan.
The population in this study is the employees of the Parepare Branch of BPJS Kesehatan. The sampling technique used involved 35 respondents. The analysis method
used ispath analysis, utilizing survey data from the respondents at the Parepare Branch of BPJS Kesehatan.
The results show that (1) Competence has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. (2) Workload has a negative and significant influence on
organizational commitment. (3) Human resource competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
(4) Workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (5) Commitment does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (6) Human resource competence and workload do not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance through organizational commitment at the Parepare Branch of BPJS Kesehatan.
