This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of emotional intelligence, work ethic, and motivation variables on the performance of employees of the Health Office of Population Control and Family Planning, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (2) The simultaneous influence of emotional intelligence, work ethic, and motivation variables on
the performance of employees of the Health Office of Population Control and Family Planning, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research uses a quantitative method. The research was conducted at the Health Office of Population Control and Family Planning, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents.
The research results show that (1) The emotional intelligence variable does not influence employee performance. (2) The work ethic variable has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. (3) The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Simultaneously, emotional
intelligence, work ethic, and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Health Office of Population Control and Family Planning,
Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
