Abstract

Saribulan. 2024. The Influence of Competence, Work Discipline, and Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the Health Office of Pinrang Regency, supervised by Hernawan and Erik Rachim.
This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of job competence, work discipline, and work facilities on employee performance at the Health Office of Pinrang Regency.
The population and sample size for this study included 44 employees who were respondents. Data collection was conducted through observation and questionnaires.
Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis operated through SPSS version 20.
The results of the study indicate that job competence, work discipline, and work facilities each have a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance
at the Health Office of Pinrang Regency. Simultaneously, job competence, work discipline, and work facilities significantly influence employee performance at the Health
Office of Pinrang Regency. The dominant factor affecting employee performance at the Health Office of Pinrang Regency is the work facilities variable.
