Abstract

Sari Batari. 2024. Analysis of the Influence of Work Discipline, Employee Additional Income, and Work Productivity on Improving Civil Servants' Performance at the Office of BKPSDMD in Parepare City, supervised by Badaruddin and Salim.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline, employee additional income, and work productivity on improving the performance of civil servants at the Office of BKPSDMD in Parepare City.
The research approach uses a survey method sampling from the entire population and using questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The population of the study consists of all employees at the Office of BKPSDMD in Parepare City,
totaling 38 individuals.
The results of the study show that (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Office of BKPSDMD in Parepare City. (2) Employee additional income has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Office of BKPSDMD in Parepare City. (3) Work productivity has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Office of BKPSDMD in Parepare City. (4) Work discipline, employee additional income, and work productivity have a simultaneous positive influence on employee performance at the Office of BKPSDMD in Parepare City.
