Abstract
Ridwan. 2024. The Influence of Individual Competence and Organizational Justice on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Office of
the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of West Sulawesi Province, supervised by Abdul Khalik and Yuswari Nur.
This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence and organizational justice on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening
variable at the Office of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of West Sulawesi Province.
The research uses a quantitative approach, data collection through questionnaires, with a sample size of 136 respondents. Data analysis is done using path analysis with the assistance of Smart PLS 4 software.
The results of the study indicate that (1) Individual competence has a positive and significant influence on work motivation. (2) Organizational justice has a positive and
significant influence on work motivation. (3) Individual competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (4) Organizational justice has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (6) Individual competence has a
positive and significant influence on employee performance mediated by work motivation. (7) Organizational justice has a positive and significant influence on employee performance mediated by work motivation. The work motivation variable can mediate the influence of individual competence and organizational justice on employee performance.
