Abstract
Rezty Dwi Febriani. S. 2024. The Influence of Work Facilities, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar, supervised by Ridwan and Muh Said.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of work facilities, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. (2) The simultaneous influence of work facilities, work
motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. (3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar.
This research was conducted on employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. Thesample consisted of all employees, totaling 43 individuals. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analysis method used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, work facilities, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. (2) Simultaneously,
work facilities, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. (3) Job satisfaction is the dominant variable influencing employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar.
