Abstract
Ramlah. 2023. The Influence of Leadership, Motivation, and Digitalization of Services on Employee Performance at the Bulukumba Regency Environment and Forestry Service,
supervised by Ahmad Firman and Hari.
This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and digitalization of services on employee performance at the Bulukumba Regency Environment and Forestry Service.
The research approach uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression methods. The research was conducted at the Environment and Forestry Service with a
sample size of 54 people.
The results show that (1) Leadership and motivation variables partially do not have a significant influence on employee performance at the Bulukumba Regency Environment and Forestry Service. Meanwhile, the service digitization variable partially has a significant influence on employee performance at the Bulukumba Regency Environment and Forestry Service. (2) Leadership variables, work motivation, and digitalization of services simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Bulukumba Regency Environment and Forestry Service. (3) The Service Digitalization variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Bulukumba Regency Environment and Forestry Service.
