PENGARUH KETERSEDIAAN PERSONIL, KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN SARANA PRASARANA TERHADAP KINERJA UNIT SUBDEN JIBOM DETASEMEN GEGANA SATUAN BRIMOB POLDA SULSEL

This research aims to determine the influence of personnel availability, work capacity, and infrastructure on the performance of the Jibom Subden Unit, Gegana Detachment, South Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit and to determine the variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of the Jibom Subden Unit, Gegana Detachment, South Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit.
The total population in the study was 35 members of the South Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade's Gegana Subdin Jibom Unit. The sample in this study was 35 members of the Jibom Gegana Subdin, South Sulawesi Regional Police. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method.
The research results show that (1) Partially, the availability of personnel and infrastructure has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the personnel of the Jibom Gegana Subdin unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. Workability has a negative and insignificant influence on the performance of the South Sulawesi Police's Jibom Gegana Subdin unit personnel. (2) Simultaneously shows that the availability of personnel, work capabilities, and infrastructure has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the personnel of the Jibom Gegana Subdin unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. (3) The work infrastructure variable is the dominant variable that influences the performance of the personnel of the Jibom Gegana Subdin unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police.
