Abstract

Palalunan. 2024. The Influence of Work Environment, Organizational Culture, and Work Morale on Employee Work Productivity at the West Sulawesi Province Regional
Manpower Service, supervised by Sylvia and Reynilda
This research aims to test and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Work Morale partially on Employee Work Productivity, test and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Work Spirit test and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on employee Work Productivity in the Department West Sulawesi Province workforce.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at the West Sulawesi Province Regional Manpower Service. The research period was carried out from March 2024 to April 2024. The research population was all employees at the West Sulawesi Province Regional Manpower Service. The sample was determined in this research using total sampling with a total sample of 65 people.
The test results show that (1) partially the variables Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Work Morale have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Productivity with tcount = 3.848; 2.817; 2.429> ttable = 1.67022, (2)
simultaneously the variables Work Environment,Organizational Culture and Work Morale has a positive influence on Employee Work Productivity where Fcount = 33.542 > Ftable = 2.76 (3) The Work Environment has a dominant influence on Employee Work Productivity at the West Sulawesi Province Regional Manpower Service seen from the Beta value, namely 0.393 (39.3%) .
