This study aims to examine and explain (1) the influence of competence, organizational culture and discipline partially on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) of Selayar Islands Regency (2) the influence of competence,
organizational culture, and discipline simultaneously. on the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands Regency (3) The variable that has the
most dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA), Selayar Islands Regency.
The study approach used is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands Regency. The research was conducted from November to December 2020. With a population of 30 people.The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a partially positive and significant influence of competence on the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) of Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a positive and significant influence on
organizational culture partially on the Employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect of partial
discipline on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA), Selayar Islands Regency (4) There is a positive and significant influence of competence, organizational culture and discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) of Selayar Islands Regency and organizational culture is the most influential (dominant) variable on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands Regency
