This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of promotion, competence, andtraining variables on the work productivity of the Regional Civil Servant Inspectorate
ofWest Sulawesi Province (2) The simultaneous influence of promotion, competency, andtraining on the work productivity of the Regional Civil Servants Inspectorate of WestSulawesi Province (3) The most dominant variable affecting the work productivity of the Regional Civil Servant Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province.
This research approach is quantitative. The sample selection in this study wascarried out using a saturated sampling method with a total sample of 77 civil servants. Theanalysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) Partially, the variables of promotion, competency, andeducation and training had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity
of theRegional Civil Servant Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province (2) There was a positive and significant influence between promotion, competence, and training simultaneously onthe work productivity of the Regional Civil Servants Inspectorate of West SulawesProvince (5) The Competency variable was the most dominant variable influencing thework productivity of the Regional Civil Servant Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province.
