Abstract

Nurjannah Baso. 2023. The Influence of Employee Interaction, Work Culture, and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at the Youth and Sports Office of Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Asniwati and Asri.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of employee interaction, work culture, and work environment on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of employee interaction, work culture, and work environment on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the Youth and Sports Office of Jeneponto Regency.
This research is a quantitative survey-based study. It was conducted at the Youth and Sports Office of Jeneponto Regency. The research duration was 1 month, from April to May 2023. The population and sample for this study included all employees at the Youth and Sports Office of Jeneponto Regency, totaling 40 individuals.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the variables of employee interaction, work culture, and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of employee interaction, work culture, and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) The variable of employee interaction is the most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees at the Youth and Sports Office of Jeneponto Regency.
