Abstract

Nurfaida2022. This research was carried out at the LP3I MAKASSAR Polytechnic, supervised by Mashur Razak and M. Salim.
This study aims to find out and analyze (1) The Effect of Competence on Lecturer Performance (2) The Influence of Motivation on Doesen's Performance (3) The Effect of
Job Satisfaction on Performance.
This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of survey research, namely analyzing the influence of independent variables (Competence, motivation, job
satisfaction) on bound variables (lecturer performance). This research was carried out for a period of approximately 2 (two) months from all lecturers totaling 66 people as the
population. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument in data collection in this study. The questionnaire technique in this study was used as primary data collection.
The results of the study prove that (1) There is a positive and significant influence
between job satisfaction and employee performance, (2) There is no positive influence of competence and motivation has no effect on lecturer performance, (3) Motivation variables
are not variables that have a dominant effect on lecturer performance.
