Abstract
Nurasiah. 2023. The Influence of Work Culture, Communication Skills, and Work Commitment on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Regional Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province, supervised by Andi Djalante and Giri Dwi Nanda.
This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of work culture, communication skills, and work commitment on the performance of civil servants in the Regional Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
The population in this study is employees in the Regional Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province, totaling 65 people. The data collection technique was done through a questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a Likert scale score.
The results of this study show that (1) Partially, the variables of work culture, communication skills, and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on the
performance of civil servants in the Regional Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of work culture, communication skills, and work
commitment have a significant effect on the performance of civil servants in the Regional Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province. (3) The work culture variable is the most
dominant variable affecting the performance of civil servants in the Regional Planning Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
