This study aims to analyze work culture, work commitment and employee availability on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Office and to analyze work culture, work commitment and employee
availability on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Office and to analyze which variables have the dominant influence on
employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office.
Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation obtained directly from the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands
Regency. The population and sample in this study were 41 respondents. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that partially
work culture, work commitment and employee availability had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that work culture, work commitment and employee availability have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. work culture, work commitment and employee availability
have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The variable that has the dominant influence is the work commitment variable.
