Abstract
Nur Adilah. 2022. The Influence of Competence, Career Development, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at UPT PPSLU Mappakasunggu Parepare, supervised by Andi Ririn Oktaviani and Fatmasari.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, career development, and work environment on employee performance at the UPT Elderly Social Service Center in Mappakasunggu Parepare. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is all civil servants, totaling 30 people.
The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where each element of the population is used as a sample. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, while the data
source uses primary data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously Competency Assessment, Career Development, and Work Environment have a positive and significant
effect on employee performance at the UPT Center for Elderly Social Services Mappakasunggu Parepare.
