This research aims to determine and analyze: The influence of education and training, work discipline and work infrastructure on the performance of employees at the
Majene Regency Food Security Service, as well as the variables that most dominantly influence employee performance at the Majene Regency Food Security Service Office.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was carried out at the Majene Regency Food Security Service office. The research was carried out from November to December 2023. The research population was all employees of the Majene Regency Food Security Service office, totaling 46 people, using a saturated sample in determining the research sample so that the sample totaled 46 respondents.
The results of the research show that: 1) education and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Majene Regency Food Security Service office
employees 2) work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Majene Regency Food Security Service office employees 3) work infrastructure has a positive effect on the performance of Service office employees Majene Regency Food Security 4) There is a positive and significant influence of education and training, work discipline and work infrastructure together (simultaneously) on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Food Security Service office 5) the education and training variables that have the most dominant influence on employee performance Majene Regency Food Security Service office.
