Abstract

Muqtadir. 2023. The Influence of Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment, and Competence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency of Pangkajene and Islands Regency (Guided by
Harlindah Harniati Arfan and Reynilda).
This study aims to (1) Determine the influence of leadership on employee performance in the Planning, Development, Research and Regional Development Agency of Pangkep Regency; (2) To find out the influence of motivation on employee
performance at the Regional Planning, Development, Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency; (3) To determine the influence of competence on employee performance at the Regional Planning, Development, Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency.
This research was carried out at the office of the Regional Planning, Development, Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative research with a survey type of research. The sample in this study is part of the employees who work at the Office of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency as many as 35
respondents. The sampling technique is axial sampling, where the selected samples are those who are present at the time of the study. The data were analyzed using the Descriptive Analysis method and the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. There are several tests used, namely the F test and the T test.
