This study aims to determine (1) The influence of commitment, human resources, and motivation partially on the performance of the Child-Friendly District task force
team. (2) The influence of commitment, human resources, and motivation simultaneously on the performance of the Child-Friendly District task force team. (3) Variables that have
a dominant influence on the performance of the Child-Friendly District task force team in Mamuju District, West Sulawesi Province.
This study uses survey research. The research population was the Child-friendly District Task Force Team in Mamuju District. Determination of the sample in this study
using total sampling with a total sample of 55 people.
The test results show that (1) Partially the variables of commitment, human resources, and motivation have a significant positive effect on the performance of the
Child-Friendly District task force team. (2) Simultaneously the variables of commitment, human resources, and motivation have a positive effect on the performance of the ChildFriendly District task force team.(3) The commitment
variable has a dominant influence on the performance of the Child-Friendly District task force team in Mamuju District,
West Sulawesi Province.
