Abstract
Muhlis. 2024. The Influence of Work Commitment, Work Culture, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Buki Sub-District Office, Kepulauan Selayar Regency,
supervised by Giri Dwi Nanda and Irwan.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of work commitment, work culture, and work discipline variables on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of work commitment, work culture, and work discipline variables on employee performance. (3) The dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Buki sub-district office in Kepulauan Selayar Regency.
The type of research used is explanatory research. Survey research is used for exploration purposes, to describe and explain causal relationships and hypothesis testing,
evaluation, prediction, or forecasting of certain events in the future, operational research, and the development of social indicators.
The results show that (1) Partially, work commitment, work culture, and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, work commitment, work culture, and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The discipline variable is the
dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Buki sub-district office in Kepulauan Selayar Regency.
