This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure, work environment, and the role of parents on the performance of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers in Tapango Subdistrict.
This study uses a quantitative method. The data period taken by the author is in May 2021. Data analysis with quantitative methods and using correlation coefficient
tests, determination coefficient tests, and regression equation tests. This study uses a sample of 72 respondents on the performance of Early Childhood Education (PAUD)
teachers in Tapango Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency.
The results of this study show that (1) Partially, the variables of infrastructure, work environment, and the role of parents have a positive and significant effect on the
performance of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of infrastructure, work environment, and the role of parents have a positive and
significant effect on the performance of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers in Tapango Subdistrict, Polewli Mandar Regency.
