Abstract

Muhammad Iqbal. 2024. The Influence of Leadership, Additional Income, and Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Village Community Empowerment Office in
Majene Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of leadership, additional income, and discipline on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of leadership, additional income, and discipline on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees of the Village Community Empowerment Office in Majene Regency.
This research was conducted on employees of the Village Community Empowerment Office in Majene Regency. The sample determination used a saturated method, namely 32 employees of the Village Community Empowerment Office in Majene
Regency. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies.
The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) Partially, leadership, additional income, and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, leadership, additional income, and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The leadership variable dominantly influences the performance of employees of the Village Community Empowerment Office in Majene Regency.
