Abstract
Muhammad Hatta. 2023. The Influence of Motivation, Human Resource Capability, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the District Inspectorate Office of Gowa
Regency, supervised by Syamsul Alam and Salim Sultan.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of motivation, human resource capability, and work environment on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of motivation, human resource quality, and work environment on
employee performance. (3) Motivation is the most dominant factor affecting employee performance.
This is a quantitative research study conducted at the District Inspectorate Office of Gowa Regency. The research will span approximately 2 months, starting from May to
June 2023. The research sample consists of 58 employees at the District Inspectorate Office of Gowa Regency, selected using saturation sampling.
The results of the study indicate that (1) Partially, motivation significantly influences employee performance. Human resource capability has a significant impact on
employee performance. The work environment significantly affects employee performance. (2) Simultaneously,motivation, human resource capability, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the District Inspectorate Office of Gowa Regency.
