Abstract
Muhammad Hafid Hidayatullah. 2022. Analysis of the Influence of Leadership and Talent Management on the Improvement of Employee Performance at the Secretariat Office of Luwu Regency, supervised by Sylivia Sjarlis and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze (1) the partial influence of talent management and leadership on the performance of civil servants at the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Luwu Regency. (2) the simultaneous influence of
leadership and talent management variables on the performance of civil servants at the DPRD of Luwu Regency. This research was conducted within the scope of the DPRD of
Luwu Regency using purposive sampling method, where all members of the population were used as respondents, totaling 69 respondents. The data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires.
The results show that (1) Partially, talent management and leadership variables have a positive and significant influence on the performance of DPRD employees in Luwu Regency. (2) Simultaneously, talent management and leadership variables have a positive and significant influence on the performance of DPRD employees in Luwu
