PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI DAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KINERJA PNS PADA DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN SIDENRENG RAPPANG

This study aims to determine (1) The partial influence of work environment variables, work motivation, and level of education on the performance of civil servants. (2) The influence of the work environment, motivation, and level of education simultaneously on the performance of civil servants. (3) The influence of motivation as the most dominant variable influencing the performance of civil servants in the Social Service Office of the Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research approach is quantitative. The sample selection was carried out using a saturated sampling method, namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 30 civil servants. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.
The results show that (1) Partially there was a positive and significant influence between work environment variables, motivation, and level of education on the performance of Civil Servants at the Social Service Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between work environment, motivation, and level of education simultaneously on the performance of Civil Servants of the Social Service Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (3) The variable of motivation is the variable that most dominantly influences the performance of civil servants at the Social Service Office of the Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
